It organizes medical camps, maternal and child health programs, mental health awareness drives, and nutrition campaigns. By linking communities with government health schemes, the Cell promotes healthier and more resilient populations.

Social Care

The Social Cell is the connective force of The SHIELD, working on inclusion, gender equality, and social justice. It supports vulnerable groups, prevents child marriage and trafficking, and promotes harmony and empowerment through community mobilization, awareness, and advocacy programs.

Agriculture

Recognizing agriculture as the backbone of rural livelihood, the Agriculture Cell promotes modern, sustainable, and profitable farming practices. It supports farmers with training, agri-innovation, organic farming, and market linkage programs — aiming to enhance productivity, income, and food security.

Education

Education lies at the heart of transformation. The Education Cell ensures universal access to quality learning — from early childhood care to adult literacy. It leads initiatives like Vikash Shiksha Badi, digital learning programs, and teacher training, fostering both formal and non-formal education systems that are inclusive and child-centric.

Environment

The Environment Cell champions climate action and environmental stewardship. It promotes afforestation, waste management, water conservation, and renewable energy initiatives. Through education and community participation, it instills ecological responsibility, ensuring that development remains sustainable and future-friendly.

Anti Corruption

Integrity is the soul of The SHIELD. The Anti-Corruption Cell focuses on transparency, accountability, and ethical governance. It encourages citizen participation in reporting malpractices, promotes ethical awareness, and collaborates with government bodies to strengthen good governance frameworks.

Media

The Media Cell serves as the voice of The SHIELD, amplifying its initiatives, stories, and impact. Through responsible communication — digital, print, and social media — it spreads awareness, counters misinformation, and strengthens the link between the organization and the public. It also trains youth in ethical media practices and community journalism.

Legal

The Legal Cell ensures justice, rights protection, and legal literacy for all. It provides counseling, legal aid, and advocacy, especially for women, children, and marginalized citizens. It works closely with law enforcement and judicial bodies to uphold fairness, transparency, and the rule of law.
